Return & Exchanges


Automatic Reply may be returned for store credit only or exchanged within 30 days after being delivered. The item must be return in the original condition so it can be processed as a return or exchange. 

The store credit will be sent to the customer as an one time code via email.

If it’s an exchange, the return shipping label is free for domestic buyers only. International customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the new item.

If it is a return, Automatic Reply is unable to refund any shipping or handling fees related to your original purchase or return for domestic and international buyers.

All purchased items from the SALE section are FINAL SALE  and not eligible for return or exchange. 

If you purchase a SALE item and it arrives damaged, contact us right away. Please include photos of the damage item(s) for review.



Any purchases made during a Flash Sale or using a promotional discount code are eligible to be returned for exchange or store credit only. (This excludes all items in the SALE section).
